About the Brand

True West Beef, a new beef production model jointly owned by Agri Beef and cattle ranchers, processes Angus and Hereford breeds, with a focus on high-quality beef, including Snake River Farms and Double R Ranch brands.

The plant will produce beef under Agri Beef’s Snake River Farms brand, which is known for its Wagyu beef, and Double R Ranch, a premier beef brand.

Where this cut comes from

This is the animal’s breast, so it can be tougher because it is used for movement.  An ideal cut for cooking low and slow-on the barbecue or in a slow-cooker.
