Certified Angus Dino Beef Ribs, also known as Dino Ribs or Beef Plate Ribs, are a premium cut of beef known for their impressive size and rich flavor.

Dino Beef Ribs are cut from the short plate primal of a cow, just below the rib primal. They are known for their large size, which is why they are nicknamed “Dino” ribs.

These ribs come from Angus cattle that meet the Certified Angus Beef® brand’s strict quality standards. This ensures they have excellent marbling, tenderness, and flavor.  The high degree of marbling in these ribs results in a rich, beefy flavor and a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture when cooked properly.
